Which of your products would fit my business?
FertDesk runs the order desk for fertiliser distributors and traders. SupportHawks handles customer support for teams that have outgrown a shared mailbox. MoveHawks covers surveys, scheduling and job tracking for removals firms. If none of them is quite right, tell us what you are doing and we will say so.
Who actually builds and supports the software?
We do. The same engineers design the system, write it, deploy it and take the support calls. There is no outsourced development team and no separate support company between you and the people who know the code.
Can a product be adapted to how we work?
Usually, yes. Our roadmaps come from the people using the software every day, so a good operational argument tends to win. What we will not do is fork a product per customer and pretend it is still one product.
Do you build software for other companies?
Yes, selectively. We take on a handful of engagements at a time, and we would rather turn work down than staff it thinly. Start with an email describing the problem and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
