Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

You will work on the products we own — FertDesk today, SupportHawks and MoveHawks as they come out of build. That means real users, real data and a pager, not a prototype that gets handed to somebody else.

What you will do

• Design and ship features end to end: schema, API, interface, deployment.
• Own the parts you build in production, with the rest of the team on the rota beside you.
• Keep the codebase something a small team can still move quickly in.
• Work directly with the people who use the product, not through three layers of translation.

What we are looking for

• Several years building and operating web applications in TypeScript.
• Comfortable across the stack: relational data modelling, HTTP APIs, and a modern front end.
• Judgement about when to reach for something new and when to keep it boring.
• Clear written communication — we work asynchronously most days.

Nice to have

• Experience in a domain with messy real-world operations: logistics, trading, support.
• Exposure to infrastructure as code and cloud deployment.
